Under a clear sky at Walton Firs the Cubs certainly let off energy. With head torches a plenty and a huge field, they learnt and practiced the points of a compass and making a bearing. Then off to the woods for a nightline trail to test their communication skills.
We all then played a glow stick game where the Cubs had to stalk to a line without being caught by the Young Leaders, great fun.
We had to finish the night with a brilliant campfire and songs with a very loud rendition of Happy Birthday to Thomas our senior Young Leader.
