First Aid (Level 2)
An invaluable skill that we hope never to use is First Aid.

We will be working with the Cubs on the skills of first aid but also how to call for help and to keep calm in a challenging situation.

The Cubs will work through stations with different situations that required understanding and care.

Please note that the evening will be a 2 hour session ending at 8pm

Brooklands Cycling Evening
For the evening activity we are doing all things with bicycles.

We are meeting at Brooklands Park to learn about cycle maintenance, puncture repair, safe starts and endless loops of the cycle track at Brooklands.

Cubs will also need to produce a Cycle Safety Poster.

Cubs need a bicycle and helmet. Suggested gloves, lights and sensible footwear are advised.

AGM and Group Awards Evening
Please join us to celebrate the achievements of our young people throughout the last year. We will also give a quick update on the fundraising efforts, annual accounts etc. AGM paperwork for this will follow.

After the AGM we would be delighted if you could stay on for a BBQ and refreshments to thank you all for your support during the year. We would be very grateful if some parents could assist further with serving drinks and barbecuing on the night.

Would you kindly let us know whether you will be attending (and how many) by 11th July, in order for us to organise the catering.
